Buywal Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Returns are accepted for:

• Items that are significantly different from the product description
• Incorrect items received

For change of mind returns, we allow returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to seller approval. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Non-returnable items include:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Perishable goods
• Digital products
• Items explicitly stated as non-returnable in the product listing

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Please ensure that the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Buywal is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping if not properly packaged.

3. Return Shipping

• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Buywal will cover the cost of return shipping.
• For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified by the seller.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

• Any shipping costs incurred for the original order are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• There are no restocking fees for eligible returns.
